Daytona State College is a state college in Daytona Beach, Florida. It is a member institution of the Florida College System. DSC competes in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Mid-Florida Conference (Region VIII) in seven sports, including softball, baseball, men’s and women’s swimming, women’s golf, men’s basketball, and women’s basketball. As of 2011, DSC held eight NJCAA Team National Championship titles. DSC is home to the Southeast Museum of Photography and has partnered with the Volusia and Flagler County school districts to form the Advanced Technology College, which allows high school juniors and seniors to earn college credits via dual enrollment.
